Coldstream Guards Band CD release.

"Pride of the Nation", the Triumphant New Album from the Band of the Coldstream Guards under the direction of IMMS UK member Lt.Col. Graham Jones, MBE, goes on sale from
28th March.
Following the success of their best-selling debut album "Heroes", The Band of the Coldstream Guards present "Pride Of The Nation".
At a time when the country has much to be proud of with the Royal Wedding imminent, and the 2012 Olympic Games on the horizon, this album captures the mood of the nation. The album is a celebration of what it means to be British, it contains stirring anthems and hymns, and it showcases the best music from the best military band, from the Queen's own Guard.
Including the traditional Land of Hope and Glory, a beautiful new recording of Zadok the Priest, Jerusalem featuring West End star Alfie Boe, Rule Britannia, I Vow To Thee My Country, Abide with Me, Nimrod and many more.
The album also features great themes from the world of sport, film and radio: a wonderful recording of the London Marathon theme, The Trap; Chariots of Fire from the Academy Award winning British film of the same name; and the theme tune from the world's longest running radio soap, The Archers.
In addition, this 2 disc package contains a DVD of The Band of the Coldstream Guards in concert. With 12 extra tracks, this inclusion to the package guarantees a truly commemorative product.
